Plavilav Media Company is the first independent Bosnian-American media company founded by our youth. We are a new generation of journalists with the aim of bringing fresh perspectives on affairs related to Bosnia. We cover topics ranging from sports, business, culture, politics, and so much more.
Plavilav Media is currently based in Seattle, Washington. We operate through a network of contributors and reporters across the United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Originally launched as a World Cup coverage initiative, Plavilav Media quickly evolved into a full-scale news platform. Following our successful coverage of Bosnia and Herzegovina's World Cup campaign, the organization officially launched on July 4, 2026, expanding our reporting to cover narratives important to Bosnian communities both at home and abroad.
At Plavilav Media, we believe the next generation should play an active role in telling Bosnia's story. Through the combination of local reporting and a global perspective, we strive to deliver credible journalism that provides value to Bosnians worldwide while giving a voice to young people who are often underrepresented.
